These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of auto.thequotematch.com and any other TheQuoteMatch website (the "Site"), operated by Dobak Holdings LLC ("TheQuoteMatch," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our service

TheQuoteMatch is a free service that matches consumers with insurance companies, agents, brokers and their partners ("Matched Companies"). We are not an insurance company, agent or broker. We do not sell insurance, quote rates, bind coverage or recommend any particular policy or provider. We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, be matched with any particular company, or save money. Rates, coverage and availability are set by the insurance providers and vary by state and individual circumstances. We may receive compensation from Matched Companies.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site.

Information you submit

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and your own, and that you are authorized to provide any phone number you submit. You may not submit information about another person without their permission.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting a request and agreeing to the consent language on our form, you authorize TheQuoteMatch and Matched Companies to contact you about insurance and related products at the phone number and email address you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice, even if your number is on a do-not-call list. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP, telling a caller you no longer wish to be contacted, or using our Unsubscribe page.

Third-party providers and links

Matched Companies and any third-party sites linked from the Site are independent of us. Your dealings with them, including any policy you purchase, are solely between you and them and are governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their products, services, statements or practices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, design and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEQUOTEMATCH AND DOBAK HOLDINGS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY MATCHED COMPANY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms, including submitting information you were not authorized to provide.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
